Meditation Energy has no accounts or sign-up forms. The timer saves completed practice records in your browser and does not send those records to a server. Loading a web page can involve separate technical information, as explained under Hosting below.

Your practice record stays on your device

The timer shows a small practice record: your streak of days, minutes today, and total minutes. This is saved only in your own browser, using a feature called local storage. It never leaves your device, and we have no access to it. Two consequences worth knowing:

• If you clear your browser's data, your record is gone for good.
• If you switch to another device or browser, the record starts fresh; it does not follow you.

What we do not do

• No account registration or password collection.
• No transmission of your saved practice record by the timer.
• No tracking pixels or analytics cookies at this time.

Hosting

A hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when delivering pages. This is separate from the practice record stored by the timer. The provider and its logging settings determine how that information is handled; browser-only practice storage does not mean that loading the site leaves no server logs.

Future changes

If this site ever adds privacy-relevant features, for example anonymous usage statistics to see which pages are read, or advertising to cover hosting costs, this page will be updated before those features go live, with a clear explanation of what is collected and why. This section is reserved for that purpose.
